You pay the number of people times €44.90. At least 10 people are billed, so €449.00 at minimum. The cart shows exactly the number on this page. There is no extra charge for exclusivity, time of day or weekday.

Fewer than 10 people? At least 10 people are billed. With 8 or 9 people you select 10 when you book and pay €449.00. Cheaper for smaller groups: Standard Experience at €39.90 per person (both arenas, up to 6 people) or Minimal Experience at €29.90 per person (one arena, up to 8 people). From 6 people the arena is yours alone.
December: these days are bookable
On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday we open for groups at any time. Start every half hour from 10:00 to 20:00, the event ends by 23:00 at the latest. Not on 24, 25 and 31 December. Book at least 48 hours ahead. Which times are still free, the calendar shows when you book.
Food from the fryer or your own catering
Pre-order hot food when you book, so the kitchen has it ready when you arrive. Everyone can choose their own. Prices are the counter prices, included in the cart.

You can add a food request in a free text field when you book, for example vegetarian or allergies. We confirm anything that is not on this list with a price by email beforehand.
One drink per person is included. Everything beyond that everyone pays at the counter at menu prices.
You can also bring your own catering or have it delivered. Tell us briefly in the request or by email, the team room is yours. There is no fee for that.

Common objections, answered
How many people fit?
You can book 10 to 24 people online. 8 and 6 people play at the same time in the two arenas and your group rotates. Up to 30 people go through the request form, then with 4 hours at the same price per person.
Do we really have the arenas to ourselves?
Yes. During your booked time both arenas are closed to other guests, even on days when we are normally closed.
Is there something to drink?
One drink per person is included. Everyone pays for further drinks at the counter at menu prices.
Can we get an invoice for the company?
Yes. Enter the company address at checkout, the invoice with VAT arrives by email.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a Christmas party or company event take?
The booked block lasts three hours: briefing, rounds in both arenas and celebrating in the team room. If you want to stay longer, tell us in the request.
How does booking work?
Pick a date and time in the calendar, enter the number of people, pre-order food, pay. You can book up to 48 hours before the date.
What about colleagues who do not want to play?
They sit in the team room, watch on the screen and eat with you. We bill the people who are entered.
Until when can we cancel for free?
Up to 5 days before the date you get the full amount back, for 17 people or more up to 7 days before, up to 1 day before half. Pre-ordered food is charged on every cancellation. All rules are on the cancellation terms page.
Is it suitable for a bachelor party?
Yes, Close Combat and the escape rooms are especially popular. The same price per person applies.
Can we bring our own music or decoration?
Small decoration is no problem, just tell us briefly.
